How to watch U.S. women’s soccer team vs. Sweden: Live stream and TV info, start time, USWNT roster

After extending their impressive unbeaten streak to 37 games after prevailing in the SheBelieves Cup in February, the U.S. women's national soccer team will face its toughest test in quite some time when it takes on Sweden at Friends Arena in Stockholm on Saturday.

During the 2016 Olympics, Sweden eliminated the U.S. in the quarterfinals, advancing on penalties. That loss represented the earliest exit from an Olympic Games for the U.S. women's soccer team. Both teams are preparing for the upcoming Games in Tokyo, with the U.S. attempting to become the first women's soccer team to follow up a World Cup win with gold at the Olympics.

USWNT coach Vlatko Andonovski called in 17 players from the NWSL and six others who play for European clubs; 21 of the players were on the roster when the team won the 2021 SheBelieves Cup in Orlando. Those players from the NWSL will miss the opening portion of the league's Challenge Cup, which kicked off Friday.

On Tuesday, the USWNT will play France at Stade Océane in Le Havre (ESPN2, 3 p.m. ET).
