Model and actress Heidi Klum has been sharing plenty of saucy snaps this summer, showing off her super-fit bod, a.k.a. “The Body.” (She’s lived up to her well-deserved nickname for decades, and she’s now 48.) From this underboob pic showing off her toned abs to these bikini snaps alongside her hubby Tom Kaulitz, she should be showing off. And in a new Instagram pic, she went completely nude (minus a pair of shades) while sunbathing. And the pic was taken by her husband, who she called out with a photo cred in her caption.
“Today was a HOT one 🌞😎 📸 @tomkaulitz 🥰,” she captioned the snap. He’s quite the skilled photographer for his model wife. I’m guessing Heidi isn’t only referring to the temperature in her description. Her sculpted bod is 🔥, and you better believe her comments would have filled up with the emoji if she left them on.

Thankfully, Heidi has revealed some of her fitness secrets that have helped her maintain “The Body” over the years. She is definitely into cardio, mixing things up between swimming and running. She’s shared that she did a lot of swimming during quarantine. “I’m fortunate enough to have a pool at home and, when the pandemic started, I began swimming 20 laps a day,” she told Women’s Health UK. “Low-impact exercise like this is much better for my joints than running on a treadmill.”
But she does like to run, just outside.“I don’t love running on a treadmill,” she previously told Women’s Health. “I really prefer to be outside or get my exercise in while playing with my kids. But sometimes, after I’ve run those two miles and I check it off the list, I’m happy I took the time.”
As for her diet, Heidi shared all about her typical meals with Women’s Health back in 2017. Her daily menu includes eggs, turkey, salad, broccoli, and dark chocolate. She also likes to keep things in moderation. “I’m not a fan of deprivation. I believe that if you want to eat a cheeseburger, you should eat that cheeseburger and enjoy it.”
But her daily diet is usually lower in carbs. “There’s pasta, bread, chicken, fish and vegetables,” she told Women’s Health UK. “I’ll eat everything but the pasta and bread. Do I want pasta? I do. I choose not to eat it.” She also told ET that she prefers to cook and doesn’t eat out that much, usually eating dinner by 6 p.m.
