Driver branded a ‘p***k’ has angry note left on their car after stopping on double-yellow and blocking car park entrance | The Sun
A CAR parked across the entrance to a car park has been seen with an angry note on its windscreen.
The incident, which took place in Portsmouth, Hampshire, was caught on video and uploaded to TikTok.
Uploaded by TikTok by user @pabs_39_, the video is shot using a smartphone and begins with a slipway used for parking.
A caption on the video reads: 'Portsmouth some fool parked in front of the slipway!! Gets a ticket and a local message.'

The note reads: 'You are blocking the slipway p***k!!'
The camera then moves to the right to show a blue disabled driver's badge on the dash plus a bright yellow parking ticket on the screen.
The person filming simply says "nice," as the video ends.
It's difficult to tell from the video, but Google Maps reveals the car is parked directly in front of a car park entrance, blocking it off completely.
Nobody had any time for the way the Mazda was parked in the comments section.

"It's double yellow for a reason."
